We offer the following choices, when available:

• Pasture boarding, which includes supplemental free choice hay year round. All pastured horses are called in every day, and they are each fed a grain ration tailored to their individual needs. Each horse eats in his own walk-in stall, gets talked to, checked, and turned back out to pasture.
• Paddock with shelter – Each paddock is large enough for a horse to at least trot around to exercise themselves. Minimum sizes start at around 30 x 80 feet, and some are much larger. Most include a 12 x 12 foot 3-sided shelter. paddock_and_shelter
• We try to keep some paddock space available for use as needed in controlling diets, which is often necessary for horses that get too overweight on pasture, or for those prone to founder on spring grasses.
• Fencing is horse-safe Centaur plastic coated high tensile wire on wood posts.
• We do not stall board any horses, but do keep a few large stalls available for sick or injured horses.

Other amenities available for your use include:

• 80 x 120 foot lighted arena, with a nice sand and loamy soil mixed footing over a clay base.
• John Lyons round pen.
• Heated/air conditioned tack room.
• Miles of trails for your pleasure rides. If you trailer your horse, we are within 5-15 minutes of many trail access points along the 27 mile long Crows Creek Trail.
• Our “people building” includes approximately 800 sq.ft. of heated/cooled space for meetings, parties, or just horse chat, with a nice view of the arena. Handicap accessible facilities are available.
• Lessons and horse training available.

We are just 20 minutes from Kansas City International Airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Kansas City. References from boarders and horses can be supplied. Come see how happy and content they are!!
